OMG I Am Watching So Much TV Make Me Stop

...yeah, this is weird for me.
Elementary 2.1 - I enjoyed this more than I did a lot of last season, but the story with LeStrade squicked me out hard. Sherlock is just so incredibly patronizing there and the show seems to take his side? I could barely watch it. Mycroft, on the other hand, proved himself up to Sherlock's demented standards and therefore got to be sympathetic? I dunno. Plus, i'm still unimpressed by the deductive elements of the show.
The Big Bang Theory 7.1/2 - Hi there, TBBT! Amy/Bernadette alone time! That was like my top wish for the show and there it is, right in ep 1, and both funny bits (I loved the menacing sychronized removal of glasses) and genuine, thorny friendship bits. Raj talking to women was a little bland, but pretty much the direction I would have expected, with Raj being a sweet, quiet catastrophe of a human being, as he is. The Howard/Raj estrogen thing was awful, but the payoff of Bernadette as horrified audience stand-in may have been worth it.
The Leonard/Penny/Sheldon stuff felt a little rehashed, and I think they took the easy way out with Sheldon, doing that thing where he'll be insufferable but then they'll give him a little heartfelt redemptive sad moment and we'll all go awwww. It's ok in moderation, but they can also pull off the much more interesting moments where he's sad and sympathetic and utterly insufferable at the same time, as two sides of the same coin, and they didn't quite hit that here. Amy being funny and smart and not a doormat was a welcome return to form though. (and her "Hello Sailor?" was hilarious.)
Angel 5.22 - Ok, I have never seen the Angel finale before. I don't know why, I was in the army or something or something, and then I pretty much got spoilered for it by osmosis, but at some point I realized that I had actually never seen it, so now I have. I knew the big stuff, but goddamn, the scene between Lindsay and Lorne? SO CRUEL. So perfect. So many possible readings. Just damn. Best thing in the episode.
